Welcome home kiddies! Did you get the red light or the green light in the Mexican airport??
Kind of unnerving hey?
Finally! Nice to have you back... And glad to hear you had a fantastic time, too. Boy, you are fast readers!! That many books in just 2 weeks? WOW. Were they all any good? Tell us more... That Canadian one sounds especially interesting, was it worth the read? Well, welcome home, again. Not that I'll get to see you anytime soon but still...oh, unless you plan an european trip! That would be cool, you are majorly invited! Yeah, you should totally come to visit. Anna
Welcome home! I'm glad you guys had lots of fun. You and your insane reading skills. I read that first book Wanda read a couple months back, and the two that follow.
MOMMMM
think of all of the wonderful things your mom has done for you.
Your mother carried you for nine months, endured your temper tantrums, consoled you when you were hurt, cheered you on at rainy soccer games and performed countless other selfless acts.
On Mother's Day, it’s your turn to return the favour. Here are 10 ways to make mom feel like the special lady that she is:
1. Take a moment to reflect on what an amazing woman your mother is and to show your appreciation everything she’s done for you throughout the years. She deserves it!
2. Talk to your mom as soon as you wake up on Mother’s Day to tell her you love her. She’ll feel special for the whole day.
3. Surprise your mom with fresh flowers. Pair them with a thoughtful hand-written note on why she’s the best mom in the world. Don’t forget that Mother’s Day is on a Sunday, so if you have to have your flowers delivered, call your florist on Friday or Saturday.
4. Treat your mom to a Mother and Daughter (or Mother and Son) Day. Spend a full day together at her favourite spots and indulge her with yummy treats.
5. Create an original piece of art for your mom! Tap into your creative juices. Make a piece of pottery, a mosaic mirror or a beaded bracelet. Engrave your work of art with your mom’s name. Attach a pretty ribbon and a homemade card.
6. Ask your mom if she needs help with anything around the house. Then, do all of the things on her list THAT day! Smile while you are helping her out!
7. Create a mini-scrapbook about “Mom & Me”! Incorporate your favourite baby photos, family photos and funny photos. Write captions about your favourite memories.
8. Compliment your mom! Give her specific examples of why she rocks your world! Reflect on all of the kind things that she has done for you and tell her how much you appreciate her! Tell her how beautiful she is and how lucky you are to have her in your life.
9. Give your mom a break! Make her breakfast in bed. Give her a few hours alone. Treat her to a massage. Help her relax and rejuvenate!
10. Be affectionate! Give your mom a hug and tell her that you love her!
11. Have a heart-to-heart conversation with your mom! Be open and honest. Tell her about your life. Listen to her advice. She’ll feel fabulous and think you are fabulous too!
ok answer about the bus thing
Not a single person got off they were all married
Congrats on the anniversary! Hubby and I celebrate our 5th in Dec. That sunset picture is amazing! Are you a professional photographer? We should keep in touch! I've enjoyed talking with you both!
